Michelle started her real estate career in, Ocala, Florida in 1997 working for a prominent development and brokerage company, specializing in large acreage and horse farms. With a background in the Thoroughbred horse industry, Michelle successfully brokered everything from gentleman’s farms to professional Thoroughbred training centers. Learning the development side of the business was a great plus, acting as an assistant project manager and exclusive lot sales agent for several upscale residential communities in central Florida.
Michelle relocated to Jacksonville Beach in January 2000 to work for a boutique brokerage in Ponte Vedra Beach, learning the Beaches market from oceanfront condos, Intracoastal lots and Golf course communities along with equestrian properties. Soon becoming a sales leader with a background in development, led to an offer in 2003 from Vestcor Companies, Inc to act as, Community Sales Manager, for their landmark project, MARINA SAN PABLO. A luxury condominium community on the Intracoastal with boat slips.

Michelle returned to general real estate in 2007, representing her clients at the Beaches and surrounding. Michelle has become the “go to” Realtor for waterfront properties on the Intracoastal and oceanfront.
Urban Partners Group recently awarded Michelle the listing of their new boating community in St. Augustine, VILLA CALISSA, Eleven, luxury townhomes on the San Sabastian River with deep water boat slips. This project will be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
