There are so many things to consider in a real estate transaction. We all have different timelines, housing needs, financial considerations, etc. So, every transaction is a customized plan just for you! With a BS in Clothing and Textiles/Minor in Business, I was a Buyer and Sr. Planner for several retailers. Lots of planning, analysis, budgets, and customer service. This was all great experience to start my real estate career in 2005. I barely got my feet wet when the real estate downturn started, worked through the difficult times, and then on to the steady growth we are realizing today in NE Florida.

My focus is on a high degree of professionalism, while providing an exclusive customized strategy for each client, and luxury customer service executed with a passion for my clients to attain their goals. I have been referred by my clients nine 11 times as a Five Star Professional, an honor that only 3% of the market area real estate agents receive. Also, I have the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS, only 3% of agents attain) and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations from the National Association of Realtors®. Also, am a certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP).
