Eric Miller, Real Estate Advisor, is a leader in the Real Estate community with 21 years of residential/condominium real estate experience in a wide variety of projects. Eric has established himself as a leading real estate broker in Northeast Florida.
Throughout his career, Eric, Real estate agent has been known for instilling confidence with his customers through a foundation of trust and honesty. With a quick wit and a deep understanding of the real estate industry, Eric believes in following up with his customer's questions so that they can make an informed decision about their real estate portfolio.
As a graduate from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College), Eric's education is the cornerstone of his success in real estate. With a BA, Dual Major in Business and Economics, he understands the marketplace and the nuances of his client's real estate needs. His success has been largely in the beaches condominium and residential home market providing his clients with a deep understanding of the documentation, statutes, marketing and pro forma requirements. He is a member of NEFAR and MLS.
Eric has a career volume of $165 million and over 500 transactions. He has been in the Jacksonville Business Journals Book of Lists - Top 50 Realtors numerous years along with countless monthly sales awards.
