Marsha is a full-time real estate advisor with over 4 years of experience in real estate. She was born in St. Augustine, Florida, and has lived in Duval, St. Johns, and Putnam Counties in Northeast Florida bringing with her a lifetime of knowledge. She is passionate about connecting with people, becoming friends, and helping you make your homeownership dreams come true.

Marsha has experience with many new construction developments including Nocatee® (Certified Agent), ETown®, Wells Creek, RiverTown, SilverLeaf, Shearwater, and other new construction homes across Duval and St. Johns County. She is a resident of Nocatee®.
