Carrie Fife

Carrie is native to Jacksonville, Florida, and is an award-winning Real Estate Advisor and
community leader. At an early age, Carrie experienced family-owned businesses in residential construction. After high school, she held a long-term career in insurance before pursuing studies at the Art Institute for Interior Design and working for a local architectural firm. Acknowledging her enthusiasm for residential construction, she began a career in real estate in 2013 with a local home builder and successfully spent 8-years in the industry. Building relationships within her real estate career is essential, just like in the local community. Carrie graciously leads the Mentors Making a Difference program at a local elementary school, where she pairs mentors with students needing a buddy support system. Students benefit by having encouragement and support for growth and improvement, accountability, and a trusted ally, which promotes a heightened sense of belonging and community. Throughout her ten years in the real estate industry, clients have
recognized Carrie for her thorough knowledge of Jacksonville's geography and expertise in residential new construction. Having developed credible partnerships and affiliations, nearly 100% of Carrie's business is referral-based.
