This Beach House offers a solid layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed. The second guest bedroom has a full-size bed with an en suite full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms, each with two sets of twin bunk beds. The room sleeps four people. In the first-floor sitting room, there is a queen size pullout sofa air bed. Guest bathroom 1 is located on the first floor and is connected to a second bedroom with a full-sized bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. On the second floor, there is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 7 minute drive east over the Usina Bridge (Vilano Bridge) is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated very nearby a beach access walkover across Coastal Highway which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses south of downtown St. Augustine on St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.
